It is legally required external audit being conducted annually to meet a specific set of requirements by the government and to determine whether the company is providing a true and fair view on its financial statements. It relies on the internal audit reports, verification of financial information, documents and related stock validations. Scope and nature of audit program are subject to the specifications of the governmental body and financial institutions.
Due Diligence Audit
Due diligence is an investigation or audit of a potential investment or product to confirm all facts, such as reviewing all financial records, plus anything else deemed material. It refers to the care a reasonable person should take before entering into an agreement or a financial transaction with another party.

Celebrating the firm’s 20th year of operation, the Firm is now having 6 offices operating in Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Ipoh, Taiping, Bukit Mertajam and Penang. The Firm is managed by 5 Partners and supported by 90 professional staffs. All Partners are Chartered Accountants. We have affiliated offices throughout Malaysia.
Presently, the Firm has more than 2,000 corporate clients from various industries and more than 1,500 personal clients.

LIM CHEE HOONG

Chartered Accountant & Certified Public Accountant
Mr Lim started his career with Deloitte KassimChan and Coopers & Lybrand for more than 10 years and manages a portfolio of clients which are involved in financial institutions, stock broking, manufacturing, trading, property development and constructions.
Then, he joined commercial company as Group Company Secretary and Group Financial Controller for more than 7 years which are involved in manufacturing, property development and constructions and hospitality corporations.
He started up the firm as Lim Chee Hoong & Co on 1997.

LAM FOONG KEI

Mr Lam started his career in Deloitte KassimChan. Before he joined the partnership, he has 9 years experience in managing a portfolio of listed and non-listed clients which are involved in manufacturing, retails, services, construction, property development, investment holdings, tourism, transportation.
He also involved in corporate listing exercises in preparation of Accountant Report for listing purposes as well as diligent audit assignments, profit forecast and preparation of grants and incentives applications.
He is also a tutor in university involving subjects in taxation, financial accounting, auditing and regulatory framework.
He joined the Firm as partner in 2008.

TANG BOON HIAP

Mr Tang started his career in Deloitte KassimChan and joined the Firm later. Before became a partner to the Firm, he manages a portfolio of client involved in semi-state and statutory organizations, financial institutions, manufacturing, transportation, trading, plantation, construction and provision of services sectors.
He also involved in internal audit in company listed in Bursa Malaysia as well as corporate restructuring exercises.
He became the partner of the firm in 2001.

Ng Leong Teck

Mr Ng is previously attached to Skelchy Su Lim & Associates and Pannell Kerr Forster and having 24 years of professional experience. He managed a portfolio of clients from small local entrepreneurial organisations to large international trading, construction, services and manufacturing companies, as well as companies listed on Bursa Malaysia.
He was involved in corporate listing exercises, due diligent audit assignments and investigation on listed company classified under Practice Note 4 of the Listing Requirements, under the instruction and appointment by the Securities Commission in 2002, as well as Monitoring Accountant appointed by the Securities Commission.
He joined the firm as partner in 2015.

WU THIEN LOONG

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
Mr. Wu started his audit career in a sole proprietor setup and faithfully stayed for over 16 years with the last 12 years as an audit manager after being admitted to the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He later moved on to a medium sized audit firm and steadfastly served for another 9 years.
He joined the firm during April 2017 and was admitted as a partner during May 2018.
